Chai pudding with chia

Whether as a snack or for a quick breakfast, you'll find a superb combination of nutrients in this pudding to keep you going until your next break.



  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until a creamy texture
  2. Wait (at least 2 hours) overnight
  3. Tasting

Preparation time: 5 minutes and a minimum of 2 hours to let it thicken (ideally at night!)

Servings: 1 portion
